The acquisition—actively supported by Innova Capital—marks an important step in the group's development, aimed at further expanding its network and consolidating the dental market in Poland. The company's strategy involves selective acquisitions of additional entities operating in the dental sector as well as the opening of new locations. United Clinics, leveraging the experience of renowned medical teams and their leaders, economies of scale, strong management capabilities, and proven operational practices from Western Europe and the CEE region, provides patients with the highest quality dental services and care.
